Shipping & Returns

Orders are delivered worldwide by us. We usually ship out the in-stock products within 3-5 working days. The amount and size of orders are not limited. We charge flat 5 USD as shipping charges of order value upto 50 USD. Shipping charges are weived off if order value is more than 50 USD.

– We require at least 3-5 working days for processing orders –

(Excluding time for processing) The USA typically takes 10-15 days to deliver the product, while other countries usually take 16-25 days. When you receive an email with an order confirmation and shipping information, you will be provided with a tracking code. We will deliver your order to your residence. You can check your local post office if you do not receive your order despite the tracking code saying it has been delivered.

Holidays and Christmas times may alter the above times.

Returns

The products we provide are of the highest quality, and we strive to satisfy the needs of our customers. We accept returns within 15 days from when the order is delivered if the product is defective or damaged. We will refund your money once we receive the returned item. You will have to pay the shipping fee to return the item. 

We have a 15-day policy. A refund or exchange is not possible after 15 days from the delivery date.

Returns are only allowed if the product is unopened. Additionally, the original packaging must be present. In order to complete your return, we need proof of purchase or a receipt.

Returns may only be partially refunded in some cases after the item is returned (if possible). The item is damaged, or a part is missing, due to reasons out of our control and not our fault. Whenever an item is returned after 15 days.

You will receive an email to inform you that we have received your returned item once we’ve received it and checked it. As well as letting you know if your refund has been approved or denied. You will receive a refund through your original credit card within a certain time frame and the credit will automatically be applied to your account. Lost or late refunds (if possible) Check your bank account again if you haven’t received your refund yet. Contact your credit card company, the refund may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement. Your bank will then assist you. Before recovery is released, it usually takes some time for the work to be processed. Upon completing these steps but not receiving your money, contact us at [email protected]

Displayed items (when possible): Only items purchased at regular prices can be refunded, unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded.

(If any) exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Send us an email at: [email protected] if you want to replace it with the same item.

Returning your item will require you to pay for shipping costs. There is no refund for shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs of returning an item will be deducted from your refund. Your mutual product may take longer to arrive depending on where you live. You should use a tracking service for items and consider filing a shipping insurance claim if the item is worth more than $75. No guarantee is provided that your returned item will reach us.
